  • This applies to all bookings, and any hire duration shorter than 4 hours will still be charged at the 4-hour minimum rate.
• Does the price include the Operator & Dogman, rigging equipment, and fuel?
  • We aim to provide clear and transparent pricing for all our services. Our standard hourly rate is indeed comprehensive and fully inclusive of the following essential components:
    • Operator: The services of our skilled and certified equipment operator.
    • Dogman: The services of a qualified and experienced dogman for ground guidance and safety.

  • Secondly, regarding additional charges for specific call-outs, please note that for weekend, after-hours, or emergency call-outs, overtime rates are applicable. These overtime rates are charged at $90 per hour per man.

• How much notice do you need for a booking or cancellation?
  • To help us accommodate everyone efficiently, we kindly request 24 to 48 hours’ notice for both new bookings and any cancellations or rescheduling of existing appointments.
    • For Bookings: Providing us with 24-48 hours’ notice allows us sufficient time to prepare for your service and allocate the necessary resources to ensure a smooth and excellent experience for you.
    • For Cancellations/Rescheduling: Similarly, giving us 24-48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment allows us the opportunity to offer that slot to another client who may be waiting.

  • As per our standard policy, all Franna Cranes incur a travelling time charge. This charge specifically originates from our Homebush depot. This covers the time and fuel required to transport the specialized equipment from our facility to your designated project location and back.
